Celebrating 29 Years with GTech Bellmor

For nearly 30 years, Ryan Berry has been a valued part of GTech Bellmor's success story, building a career that reflects dedication, adaptability, and a passion for people. Ryan joined the company in 1997 after being introduced through his friendship with Kevin Bell, whom he knew through motorsport. What began as a role assisting in the workshop soon developed into a long and rewarding career.

Throughout his time with GTech Bellmor, Ryan has worked across a variety of roles, progressing from the welding bay to the workshop and machine shop before spending eight years leading the workshop team. His ability to embrace new challenges eventually led him into sales, where he now focuses on building relationships, generating new opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Ryan has witnessed many of the company's major milestones, including the move to the Emprie Road facility, the establishment of GTech Bellmor Australia, and expansion into the United States. He is particularly proud of the company's transformation over the years, from investments in advanced CNC technology to involvement in significant projects.

While the achievements are significant, Ryan believes GTech Bellmor's greatest strength has always been its people. He fondly recalls the many staff events, celebrations, and team-building activities that have helped shape the company's culture, including assisting with the organisation of GTech Bellmor's 30-year celebrations.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys motorsport, staying active, spending time outdoors, and sharing family life with his wife, Teresa, and their two sons, Mitch and Jake. As he approaches three decades with GTech Bellmor, Ryan remains passionate about the company's future and proud of the role he has played in its journey. His story is a testament to commitment, teamwork, and resilience that continue to drive GTech Bellmor forward.
